Bio

Keith Emerling is a recipe creator, food writer, photographer, artist and former private chef. He has learned his craft mostly through hands on cooking experience. He has worked in restaurants in Western Massachusetts and has attended demonstrations at the Cordon Bleu in Paris while visiting France. Keith has an extensive cookbook collection which he uses for reference. He is primarily inspired by the beauty and flavors of good food and is passionate about his cooking.
